Karnataka Housing Board (KHB) E-Auction 28: Bid for Residential, Commercial & Other Properties in Karnataka
The Karnataka Housing Board (KHB) has announced E-Auction Notification–28 dated 21 August 2026, inviting eligible participants to bid online for a wide range of residential sites, commercial properties, houses and other properties offered through the KHB e-auction process. As per the notification, online registration for the e-auction opens on 21 August 2026 at 11:00 AM and closes on 15 September 2026 at 11:00 AM.
The bidding schedule is divided into four groups:
- Site Nos. 1–60: 15 September 2026, 12:00 PM to 16 September 2026, 12:00 PM
- Site Nos. 61–130: 16 September 2026, 12:00 PM to 17 September 2026, 12:00 PM
- Site Nos. 131–176: 17 September 2026, 12:00 PM to 18 September 2026, 12:00 PM
- Site Nos. 177–224: 18 September 2026, 12:00 PM to 19 September 2026, 12:00 PM
Wide Range of Properties
